当院は、産科ではありませんがRSVワクチン接種の場所が少なかったり、混雑することを回避するため、接種を実施することにしました。

■ アブリスボ（RSウイルスワクチン）の概要

• 母体に接種 → 胎児へ抗体移行（母子免疫）
• 新生児〜乳児の重症RSV感染を予防

■ 接種対象（大阪市に住民票があることが原則）

● 定期接種（2026年4月〜）

• 妊婦
  • 妊娠28週0日〜36週6日

■ 注意点（重要）

臨床での説明ポイントです👇

① 出生までの時間

• 接種後14日以内に出産 → 効果不十分の可能性

👉かなり重要
→ 早産リスクある場合は慎重判断

② 接種タイミングの判断

• 28週未満 → 抗体低い
• 36週以降 → 出生まで時間不足

👉「28〜32週」が最もバランス良い

③ 副反応

一般的なワクチンと同様

• 注射部位の痛み
• 発熱
• 倦怠感

※重大な安全性問題は現在大きく指摘なし（第III相試験）

④ 接種できない/注意が必要

• 発熱・急性疾患
• 重篤なアレルギー既往
• 免疫異常など（個別判断）

Currently in Osaka, infectious gastroenteritis and various respiratory infections are spreading at the same time.

If you have diarrhea, fever, or a persistent cough—even without fever—please seek medical care early.

1. Gastroenteritis (Stomach Flu)

According to Osaka City data, infection levels are high.

 You can get infected anywhere, not only from raw food.

Please wash your hands carefully, especially after using the toilet.

Please visit a clinic if you have:

• Diarrhea
• Vomiting
• Fever

2. Respiratory Infections

Respiratory infections are still common.

• Influenza: decreasing but still present
• COVID-19: ongoing at a steady level
• RS virus: slowly spreading

We are also seeing many patients with persistent cough

Possible causes include:

• Pertussis (whooping cough)
• Mycoplasma infection

 Fever may not always be present.

If your cough lasts for a long time, please visit us.

3. Strep Throat and Adenovirus Infection 

These infections mainly spread among children.

Common symptoms:

• Severe sore throat
• Fever
• Little or no cough

We can test for:

• Strepcoccus
• Adenovirus

 If your symptoms feel different from a usual cold, please visit us.

子宮頸がん予防（HPV）ワクチン接種につきましては、令和8年度（4月1日から）も継続します。

１．定期接種の対象

　　小学校6年生〜高校1年生相当の年齢（H22.4.2〜H27.4.1生まれ）の女性

　　【期限は、高校1年生の年度の3月31日まで】

２．接種方法

       使用ワクチンは「シルガード9（9価）」に限ります。

　　原則３回（初回　２ヶ月後　６ヶ月後）

　　【ただし、15歳未満の場合は２回（初回　６ヶ月後）になります】
